Dr. Fernando Koch is Director, Forward Research at TELUS Digital and an Industry Professor at Florida Atlantic University, where he directs the Generative Intelligence Lab. His work explores how frontier AI influences social behavior, enterprise architecture, and human-machine collaboration, with a focus on AI-driven organizations, Agentic-Oriented Solution Engineering, and the social skills of AI agents. He has held senior roles at IBM and Samsung Research and serves as a Board Advisor to multiple startups. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Utrecht University, has co-edited six books, published 90+ scientific publications, and holds 100+ patents.
